So, here we are. The Independence Day edition of Amped was a thank you to all the faithful members of the Rockstar Nation. I’m not sure why we have to repeatedly thank these cretins over and over, but that’s obviously not my decision. Anyway, let’s get to it.
As JP was about to announce the first matchup, “The Draw” Sami Callihan interrupted to announce that he was taking over. It would be only a two match card! Sami then announced the first contest: The Inaugural Independence Day OVE/OI4K American Extravaganza Rumble! Entrants included Clayton Gainz, Myron Reed, Sami Callihan, Honeysmax, Crash Jaxon, Trey Miguel, Dave Crist, Jeremiah, P.D. Barton, Eddy Check, Ace Romero, Rich Swann, Zachary Wentz, Christian Cobain, Jake Crist, Kyle Maverick, CW Scott, Samantha Heights, Alex Colon, Dustin Rayz, Dave Crist, Pompano Joe, Ace Austin, Su Yung, and Jon Murray. The final four included Austin, Murray, Swann and Romero. Somehow, Jon Murray actually won this thing. What an asshole!
Our main event pitted The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel & Myron Reed) against OVE (Sami Callihan, Dave Crist & Jake Crist) in a Dayton Street Fight! This match should be available exclusively on Rockstarpronetwork.com, but we’ll probably do something foolish like post it on YouTube for free. Anyway, Sami got the pin on Trey. Ace Romero hit the ring and beat the hell out of OVE before Jon Murray ruined everything yet again. I didn’t think Jim Duggan could get any worse, but Murray finds a way.
Then there was a No Mercy tournament with the Rockstar Nation on Rich Swann’s N64. Just check out Jessicka Havok’s Twitch to see that. See you at Blacktop Battle, dirtbags! I’m not one for hyperbole, but it’s going to be the greatest single evening of your entire lives! Until next time, I remain your Rockstar Pro color commentator and the Voice of Professional Wrestling.
